FCMFIT is my most recent project, having been a dancer for 25 years and completing my final tour after 8 years of performing 7/8 shows a week in some of the UK’s most beautiful theatres, I decided it was time for change. Over the last 10 years, Flavia has become one of the nation’s favourite dancers and personalities. With this, she has started her new venture FCMFIT, a health and fitness brand that encompasses Flavia’s beliefs and provides programs for all levels to get fit and be the best person they can be.
