@kira, I moved you to this thread. If it persists, please contact our Technical Support team. In 2017 Game Director Ben Brode stated that "Something like 25% of [returning] players came back and then left again before playing a game". These reports are also tracked on our end, so no need to worry about posting here as well! Missing out on the past two weeks of the season isn’t cool. Doing this appears to fix your account so mobile clients work as well.
