But in all I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to get into the zombie genre. Maberry fails when he tries to make this guy humorus. Too much time spent with characters talking about stuff rather than stuff actually happening, and very little zombie action in the first 30 chapters. It just doesn't seem believable that he would talk this way to someone like Mr. Church.
